Bee-Licious Body Balm

As someone with very dry skin — I have to use some form of body cream or dry oil on a daily basis or else I’m left visibly ashy. Yet, despite using body moisturizers so frequently, rarely do I find a product that reimagines how moisturizers should smell and feel by being equal parts hydrating and heavenly smelling. That is, until I tried this balm. It is lightly scented, and while the smell is quite pleasant, it isn’t overpowering in the slightest — an additional benefit for people who can be a bit scent averse like me.

Once I opened the tub to give it a go, I was met with a lightweight balm that glided on smoothly and was absorbed immediately. Unlike other body balms I’ve used in the past, this one penetrated my skin upon contact without having to vigorously rub it in. And because it’s absorbed so quickly, you don’t have to worry about it transferring onto your clothes if you have to throw them on right after moisturizing — an amazing perk for us busy folks.

For something that feels so lightweight on your skin, It makes your skin feel baby smooth without leaving behind a greasy film or sticky residue, unlike many products out there labeled “balm” or “butter.”If you’re anything like me, this body balm is perfect regardless the time of year.

I was surprised to find that you can even use it in hot weather because it doesn’t sit on top of your skin, which would cause you to perspire more. Overall, an amazing product!

Lip Nectar Mandarin & Ylang Ylang

This all-natural lip balm which is made with 100% natural ingredients is perfect to help heal, soothe and moisturize my dry, chapped lips.

On application, the balm glides on easily and it leaves my lips feeling moisturised and soft without making them greasy or sticky. I like the thicker and waxier texture of this lip balm as it forms a protective coating on the lips which helps prevent them from drying out.

Whenever you have dry or chapped lips just apply this liberally and leave it on overnight and next morning your ultra-soft moisturised lips will thank you.If you are looking for a natural lip balm then there is a lot to love about this lovely product and is a must try from the Lulu Bee range.

Overall it’s a super nourishing lip hydrator made with a blend of beautiful botanical oils, and of course beeswax.

Botanique Massage bar

I am a huge sucker for a good massage. This massage bar is one of my favourites. The real draw of this massage bar is it’s beautiful design; the bumps help to add extra pressure when giving yourself a massage. It goes a deeper than other massage products, without being uncomfortable.

Another benefit is the shape. It moulds beautifully to your hands, which makes it the most comfortable massage bar to use. It also has a gorgeous smell, which is almost good enough to eat (don’t do that of course). while this bar is quite large, it’s very unique, it’s comfortable to use, and it leaves you smelling wonderful. Perfect for those days where you want to unwind and relax.

Beeswax Reusable Wraps

I absolutely love these wraps! I’ve been making the transition to less waste (possibly zero waste in the future) and these wax wraps are just great. I’ve been using them to wrap up breads from the bakery and hard cheeses in the fridge.I no longer have to search for lids or change food containers just to have a lid. I just get a food wrap, hold it in place and it molds to the container or food item easily. I use mild detergent and cold water to gently wash them or just rinse with cool water. I definitely intend to buy more once these run out.

Divine Healer Salve

The salve is a multitasking miracle worker. I love it so much. It’s a thick yellow ointment that has a light scent beyond the slightest waxy smell. This salve contains plenty of skin-loving ingredients, (comfrey, camphor & pennywort) known for its powerful moisturizing and healing properties. The uses are countless, and it seems to work on any minor skin issue that I have at any given moment — from rough dry skin, mild burns, blisters, cuts, to chapped lips. I find this salve to be a great solution. If you have a little one with diaper rash, this balm is a great solution. A little goes a long way, and I find it to be a a perfect replacement for petroleum-based products.
