Azrah Naturals – Review

Today I’m bringing you a in-depth review by locally-produced beauty brand, Azrah Naturals. If you haven’t heard of them before – let me quickly get you up to speed.
Azrah Naturals offers a variety of locally produced natural skin and haircare products. They prioritize thoughtfully curated products full of healthy, natural ingredients that are extremely affordable and of the highest quality.
Each product has been carefully handcrafted to ensure the best quality of natural ingredients and formulations.
I’ve been using their range for roughly 3-2 weeks (in turns with other skincare products) daily and I finally wanted to lay out some thoughts about it.
Let’s get into it.
Luxurious Body Butter

Since we’re in the midst of winter, my skin is in need of more hydration than usual. This body butter does the job at keeping my skin extremely moisturized and smelling amazing. You can slather this all over your body, hands, feet or on those annoying dry patches that sometimes pop up.
It’s formulated with with a bunch of moisturizing ingredients, including shea butter, cocoa butter and beeswax which makes the overall texture smooth and creamy. Plus, it absorbs almost instantly without feeling sticky or heavy on the skin. It’s basically heaven in a jar.
Tissue Oil

A good tissue oil is needed all year round. And if you’ve been around my blog since the beginning, you would know I’m the biggest fan of tissue oils. This formula is made of lavender and rose geranium oils, which helps to soothe and hydrate the skin. The vitamin E; wheatgerm and palmarosa extract, work to add suppleness, firmness and prevent and reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars.
I use this product in combination with the body butter to lock in moisture before bed. It’s moisturizing, smells great and leaves the skin feeling extremely soft. All you have to do is massage the oil onto any affected areas and you’re good to go. The formula doesn’t leave your skin with a tacky, sticky, or slippery aftermath, (which is a huge bonus!). I’d have to keep testing to see any reduction in stretch marks, otherwise I absolutely love it.
Top Tip:
(FYI, if you’re using tissue oil on its own, apply while your skin is still slightly damp post-shower to lock in moisture).
Ultra-Moisturising Lip Balm/Gloss

This product is one of the few I have found that really does deeply moisturize my lips and also protects them from further damage. It has more of a solid consistency at first, then melts into the lips quickly, giving you plenty of hydration. The balm is made with pure beeswax that delivers nourishing benefits with a combination of unrefined shea butter, honey and vitamin E.
The hint of peppermint leaves a fresh, tingly, minty feel, that makes your lips look instantly fuller and pouty. It can also be worn underneath lipstick without interfering with the colour or application. I’m amazed at how well this lip balm softens, moisturizes and nourishes dry lips given the product’s inexpensive price point. With that said, I will definitely keep this lip balm on hand at all times.

Shea Butter Lip Scrub
With this scrub – dry, flaky lips are now a thing of the past. The lip scrub is mixed with buffing brown sugar granules and nourishing shea butter to gently slough away dead skin cells on the surface of your lips. Application-wise, you can apply a lip scrub to dry lips, but I think dampening your lips first with warm water feels nicer.
Massage the scrub into your lips for a few seconds, wipe it off with a tissue or towel, then follow it up with a good lip balm. It moisturizing, it works, and it won’t break the bank; what more could you want.
My final thoughts?
